The property was cosy and the neighbours downstairs and upstairs were very helpful and friendly. Staying in the property give me a sense of what it would be like to live in Torino compared to staying in a hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the landlord was very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property to both tourists and business people. My visit to Torino was for business and I was happier to stay in this type of accommodation rather than a hotel since it was more homely and give me a flavour of living in Italy, I got to know two of the permanent residents. One was a business man which further endorsed the property and the other was an elderly lady who give me a friendly farewell when I left the property.

Mickey was a 10 star for communication. Unit was very cold until I figured heaters out. Could've used a few more towels. Location was great - very walkable to all the sights I wanted to see, also public trams close by. One tip - if you order a cab/uber, schedule in advance as they take a long time to arrive!

Great place for your visit to Turin

Room clean and tidy and also suitable for a family like us for 4 people with small children. Owner always available and room practically close to the historic center and many places of interest in Turin. Highly recommended

Bad.

Really small rooms sold as quadruple, barely double. Poorly cleaned sheets, broken toilet seat, heating not working. Only positive note: we only stayed one night and it was close to the center!
I do not recommend it for families
