small nice hotel with great location !

Hotel is inconspicuous from the outside but very nice inside. The location is just great, 10 min to Trevi Fountain, 1(min to Patheon, 10 min to Spanish Steps. Around the corner just metro, buses, hop on hop off. We tackled everything on foot, 30 min to the Vatican, 30 min to the Colosseum.... there was so much to see !!! Would recommend the hotel

Disappointing for the amount paid!!!!!

Total disappointment; had I discovered the dirtiness of the toilet, I would have left immediately.
I arrived in the evening and left in the morning.
When I mentioned the dirty bathroom and the stained bedspread at the reception, there were not even any apologies.

The location

Very well located, very small hall as well as the elevator. On the day of arrival and departure until the scheduled time, the bags leave them on the stairs. Very good service and rooms very good. The location is perfect.

FRICK

Very small not very clean in the elevator hardly fits a man no relation or price with what it offers. We stayed for one night and the next day we went to another hotel! You mean that we were not returned any amount of the money we had prepaid nor even the 40 euros of customs duty that we were asked to pay once we left! Away from this hotel!!!!!!!

A real disaster

Terrible experience, not a hotel but a guesthouse at fair prices! Reception non-existent, no toilet for customers, no luggage storage, ants between the sheets, pierced towels, in short, a real disaster! We only spent 180 euros for one night!
