Perfect.

Anything I can say, I'll fall short. I highlight first the kindness via mail of Gabriella, then the contact in Rome with Sandra and finally Loredana, who always had warmth in her treatment at every moment we met. It is a perfectly located accommodation, on a major street of the city, easily connected with all the sights and very close also to a taxi rank (not easily obtained in Rome). Despite its central location, the street is quiet and away from the bustle, making it even more perfect. The whole place is beautifully decorated, very tasteful and providing a warm atmosphere. The triple room has everything you need, with comfortable beds, wardrobe, table, chairs and even a small armchair. The bathroom is very comfortable too and the overall cleanliness is observed in every corner. The kitchen is complete, and they offer everything from switches and batteries to iron. Honestly, we could not have chosen a better place to stay in Rome. Grazie per tutto!! Speriamo di rivederci presto!

Great location - cozy room and exceptional value for money

The location is great - if you are looking for a central place to live, where you can walk to everything look no more. The rooms are very cozy and clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is nice. Very smooth handover of the rooms and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged by the hostess, which we used and worked very well.
No complaints and would definitely book again.

Amazing location, breakfast, room and lovely Gabriella!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect. You are literally just round the corner from the Spanish steps, metres from the Tiber river and not far from the Pantheon, Trevi fountain and the Vatican city. The colosseum is about a 25 minute walk. We didn't need to use the metro etc. at all.
The room was spotless and spacious. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable.
We asked for the balcony room. The balcony is small and looking over the small courtyard and it suited us just fine. We didn't use the balcony but we did like to open the doors to listen to the sounds of the city.
The breakfast was huge! The croissants were immense and we loved the coffee, and everything else that came with the breakfast.
Gabriella was so helpful before our stay. She booked a taxi to collect us and take us back to FCO airport. Its €50 but well worth it if you have luggage. We would definitely stay here again!

Best location, service and value for your money!

Our room here was very beautiful and spacious with a big comfortable bed, plenty of closet space and a very nice bathroom. The host Gabriella and her staff helped us make an itinerary for Rome, brought us a delicious breakfast every morning and all around really made us feel at home. The location of approdo ripetta was so good that we were able to walk almost everywhere in central Rome with no problem, we didn't even take one bus. This place is around a 10 minute walk or less from the Vatican, The Pantheon, and piazza Navona. The only major landmark that's a little far to walk to at around 2.5 kilometers is the colloseum.
All around this place gave us an amazing experience and great value for our money.
I highly recommend this place and I really don't think you'll be disappointed.
P.S
Aproddo ripetta is a minute away and on the same street as Alfredo restaurant, The birthplace of the Original fettuccine Alfredo. Aka best pasta ever.

Nice stay

The room is small but very clean and comfortable. It is a small B&B and the breakfast is kindly served in the room. The location is central. The owner is friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.
