A night of escape from the ordinary
We stayed for one night at this charming property that we had already visited in July, on the occasion of a wedding. We were welcomed by Michela, a very young receptionist who immediately showed deep hospitality and hotel management skills. Dinner at the Dal Maestro Restaurant was impeccable: refined, high-level dishes with the accompaniment of Chiara, who made the experience phenomenal. The following morning we woke up in a location immersed in silence and greenery, and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast to prepare for the Spa, where the bubbly Spa trainer Gabriele welcomed us and accompanied us on a journey in search of relaxation and meditation. A night of escape from the ordinary to find ourselves... and we can say that it was just that. We highly recommend this property. Giada and Enzo

A Ferrari with a Punto engine
The Castello Rosso at the level of location and view is really very nice, surrounded by greenery makes you relax a lot, and is equipped with a beautiful pool (Maybe I would add a few more beds because many times in the afternoon there is no place for everyone considering that there are also customers of the restaurant and not only those who are staying) instead at the level of staff the first adjective that comes to mind is VERY DISTRACTED but still friendly and kind, it will have been our subjective experience but starting from the fact that at the arrival dinner with only 4 TABLES were served the entrances to the rest of the tables except for OUR, at the level of cuisine the appetizers completely tasteless to start from the carpaccio "marinated" is done to say in the castelmagno that it was completely unconventional, the castelmagno not even the shadow; the same the other appetizer, first in average nothing excellent. And anyway during the stay there were also distractions, during breakfast and at the reception level, maybe ours was an "isolated" case we hope because to stay had not happened all these things I would recommend it also... but after our experience I would say to look for more in the area that however the choice is not lacking.

BEWARE OF WEDDINGS!!!
We were there last winter and were pleasantly impressed; the SPA circuit was top-notch (thanks to Gabriele). We decided to repeat our weekend in the summer to be able to enjoy the outdoor pool. Given that the location is well-maintained, as are the outdoor spaces, unfortunately, we found ourselves sharing the same spaces with the guests of an ongoing wedding, so they made us have dinner (in July) on the third floor indoors, and we would have had to have breakfast (which was excellent) indoors as well because the outdoor area was reserved for the wedding guests, but I asked the waitress if we could move outside! At the time of check-out, we expressed our disappointment because we would have at least liked to be informed (beforehand) about the wedding, but the staff member did not show any regret and, in fact, pointed out to us that in the end, we were even accommodated by being allowed to have breakfast outside. I would say the staff definitely needs to be reviewed, the general organization needs to be improved, and if you want to relax, make sure there are no weddings taking place!!! I would return only for the spa and the breakfast! The dinner was not worth what we spent!

Sunday flop
I am referring to the pool + lunch day: the setting is appreciable, the location is charming and well-kept, while the service staff is not prepared, products and drinks were listed with blunders, and the waiter was in a rush to close the service (he could have possibly said that it was closing instead of taking away the diner's plate before they were finished). A Martini ordered at the pool was brought in a plastic cup with two cm of product and only ice, while the spritzes were served in glass goblets... the pool is clean and pleasant, but the same cannot be said for the care and respect for the customer, who has to put up with the shouting of rude people who, because they paid for admission, think they have a monopoly on everyone's space. If you want a fun water experience, you can go to more popular places, not out of snobbery, but out of a desire for tranquility.

A paradise of style, quality, and courtesy in the form of a castle.
If paradise exists, I want it to be like this! From the great professionalism and courtesy at the reception (Ms. Francesca) to the skill and expertise in the spa (Mr. Gabriele) to the entire management of the Eden in Costigliole Saluzzo: a true corner of paradise between elegance and excellence!
