“My” Villa...

When tradition and innovation meet the impeccable taste and the most genuine hospitality of the main figure of the Villa (Elisa), the result can only be excellent... a stone's throw from the center, but in a quiet location surrounded by nature, the Villa offers both rooms and apartments, combining style and comfort.
Elisa is very attentive to the needs of her guests and always available to accommodate the most varied requests. Here you can really feel at home... I would not choose any other accommodation after being here!

Incredible service

I stayed here while travelling for work as the usual hotel I stay at is still closed. I was overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality from Elisa who made my stay perfect. I frequently travel for work and pleasure, and can honestly say I have never encountered better service. Elisa is a real credit to the hotel and I will be booking another stay soon.

Not Air Conditioner Friendly

I have stayed at this property for 6 years. It’s a beautiful and traditional Italian hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, if you plan to stay here during the hot summer months, I would suggest you choose another property.
Why? The air conditioning is individually controlled for each room by reception. You do have a gauge in your room but it does nothing. You have absolutely no control of your room temperature or fan control. For example, yesterday I arrived from work at 6:30pm to find my room temperature @ 29 degrees. Of course, I went downstairs to request air conditioning. Okay no problem. I showered and then headed out for dinner. When I returned, my air conditioning was once again off and room temperature was 27 degrees. Once again, I went downstairs to ask. Okay no problem . At 4:00am I woke up to room temperature at 26 degrees with an air conditioner that was turned off by reception. Prior to this booking there was a request to reception to manage the room temperature at 22 degrees while guest was in the room. This has been a problem during previous stays. The request was ignored.
Room tip: stay in the main building where you can find breakfast and reception. This building is much quieter with better rooms.

They charged me twice and refused to refund me

Skip this place. They charged me twice and refused to admit to it even though they received copy of my credit card statement.
I had done the booking through Bookings who will refund me themselves, as the hotel refuses to do it, but I have already been waiting more than 5 weeks for my refund.

I am sorry to tell you again that the refound was processed through Booking (which was the one that made the mistake, to be honest) and that this is the reason why it took so long for the money to get back to you.

Nice hotel, recommend for business traveller

The room is quite nice, specious enough. What is very particular is the breakfast that for italian standard is superb. Place is out of town so you need the car to move around, nothing is approachable walking distance.
