Great place. Highly recommended. Very amicable and great hosts. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The location is also very good.

Location perfect and room rustic and quirky which was lovely. Air con worked well and really comfy bed. Unfortunately we had a leak into our bathroom coming from room above and you could see this was an ongoing problem from the patch on ceiling and wall. Didn't really detract from our stay though but definitely needs attention. Would stay here again.

Rooms in this boutique property are managed remotely so no personal contact with any staff during our stay.
Room was clean and comfortable. Property is located within the city walks but outside of the ZTL and there are several parking options (although quite expensive). Lucca is well worth visiting with plenty of sights to see and lots of dining options.

This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too!
There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary.

You can't close the night.

The rooms are very small for the asking price, although they are tastefully decorated. The beds are good, but the mattress sinks too deep. The problem is that the whole building is not soundproof. You hear all the noise of the street, the other rooms (including the bathrooms) and the industrial bakery next door working at night. I'm not one to complain easily and sleep well, but in a place like this it's very difficult to sleep a wink.
