That's quite a find.

Residence a few steps from the heart of livigno, we booked a week before, it was the cheapest price we found, reading the reviews I was afraid it was a hovel, instead it was a nice find. Apartment with kitchen, table, TV, lots of wardrobes, bed and large bathroom with shower. Excellent cleanliness, the decor was dated and with some signs of time but nothing that could interfere on a good stay. Warm room, clean sheets and towels. Also we were given a courtesy kit with also sponge and dish soap, body cream and the usual things for the bathroom. Thin walls, you hear everything they do in the other rooms. Free parking, and what about We will be back!

Very old apartment. Needs investment!

Very old apartment. Very few electrical sockets worked.Small tv with Netflix etc but the wifi was so terrible we could not watch anything. The pull out bed for the children is on its last legs. Made the most awful noises every time a child turned during the night. We thought it might collapse. Walls extremely thin every time the apartment next door flushed their loo it sounded like they were in our apartment. Really not worth £1600 for a week. Cupboards need shelving! Put a real damper on what otherwise was a lovely week. Curtains old. Needs serious modernisation and with very little money could be made stunning.
Positives. Very close to town and slopes. We had lovely hot water every night. The heating worked fine and I thought it was clean.

Dilapidated apartment

Cold apartment, windows with condensation, cold water, ruined floor, kitchen no comment, electricity wires all exposed in the apartment and rooms. I don't recommend coming to anyone. I'm not coming back.

Negative

Dilapidated apartment.. Ruined floor, ruined walls, exposed electrical wires, little hot water, drafts of air from the windows.. So cold in the house. From the walls you can hear all the noises. Under the bedroom there is a laundry room and they arrived to pick up the bags at 2am making noise right outside the French door of the room! For all the set of negative things very high price for one week only.. I do not recommend it to everyone!

Construction & Fairness

I do not go into detail about the apartment that seemed very spartan, but about the fact that these apartments that are about ten meters from a large construction site, with several concrete mixers in motion, noise and the smell of exhaust gases should not be made available at all. Given the discomfort and danger of heavy vehicles that maneuver you practically in front of the door those who rented them absolutely had to be made aware of the situation, which the owner was careful to do. Fortunately Erregi was able to overcome the problem.
