We are still looking for the 4 stars...

It is difficult to find anything positive about this "resort". I would call it a motel instead. The 4 stars must have been awarded in the 80s. The reception area was dark, nothing welcoming about it. It was impossible to book a table at the hotel restaurant during check-in because the bar handles it. So you have to go to the bar to book your table.
Passable room, bathroom... more than old-fashioned: limescale stains in the bidet, cramped and cracked shower stall, shower gel bottle empty for a long time because not a drop was coming out. 1 positive point: the room was clean.
The bar/restaurant is far from looking like the photos. Decent meal but impossible to choose anything other than the set menu of the day during our visit: it was paella night. Fortunately we like paella and it was good.
And breakfast: better not to be hungry, given the lack of choice. It is not worth the 8 euros, far from it.
Fortunately, we were lucky enough to be able to park our car in front of our room.
We were passing through on our way back from Puglia to go home. One night was enough in this hotel.
In summary: big disappointment.

To be avoided.

It resembles an American-style motel, with very old rooms in terms of furnishings and fixtures, little water from the shower which, by the way, is not easily adjustable in temperature, and a persistent sewage smell throughout the small room.
The only positive note, thankfully, is the cleanliness which seems to be sufficiently maintained.
It cannot be considered a 4-star establishment, and there is definitely better nearby.

Room was clean, however walls are very thin and I had disturbed sleep almost every night. The first with neighbour talking in their room at 2:30 am, not loudly but I could hear every word. The second with torrential rain it sounded like there was a leak.
Breakfast is very minimal.
Dinner was priced very reasonably, if you love pizza this is the place for you.
Staff were polite and helpful.
Car parking available and given the cost of taxi's in Milan this would be the best choice for transport. Public transport not far away which again is considerably cheaper than taxi's.
Short walk across the bridge to shops.

Horrible.

Bad experience is to say little, worse than nightmare hotels, dirty rooms, breakfast paid € 8.00 per person , practically non-existent, apart from croissant and cappuccino, change of sheets every 5 nights of stay (maybe they do not know the rules for 4 star hotels) 80s furniture is kept in very bad condition. I recommend not to stay and do not be fooled by the photos.

We can improve

The staff at the breakfast bar were nice, but otherwise... It leaves a lot to be desired.
Spider webs in the bathroom, black escapes in the shower.... and the maid who tried to get into the room at all costs, trying multiple keys, and not realizing that if the door was locked, I was still inside getting ready....(It was 9 am).
The place is nice, but for the rooms (clean linen though) time stopped 50 years ago... too bad
