Great location in the center of Como near the town centre, the train stations, the football stadium and the lake.
The apartment has plenty of space, has a nice kitchen and air-con in the double bedroom along with air-con in the lounge which is helpful during a hot summer.
Bathroom is ok but no extractor fan so need to leave window open which then lets bugs/mosquitos in to apartment.
There was no wifi in the property, despite trying to get this resolved they tried to use a 4G router which doesn’t work. So struggled for mobile signal and couldn’t watch Netflix etc in the evenings on the tv as no internet.

Property was in a good location although close to busy road and noisy overnight. Aircon was in lounge and main bedroom. A fan was supplied for 2nd room but aircon would be a lot better especially in the hot summer. Kitchen well stocked with crockery but fridge freezer icing over. WiFi was not working and host was unable to rectify this.
All things considered I would still recommend this property.

Excellent apartment amenities, spacious, clean, easy to checkin, good location to Como center and ferry ports, communication with the host was good.
One down the side, the apartment is street side, so it is noisy from pedestrian and vehicular traffic and especially an access gate.

Cavallotti4 was more than we expected — it truly felt like our home away from home. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, with every type of dish, cooking pot, and even multiple coffee makers. This apartment has absolutely everything you might need and more!
One fun thing we noticed: everything seemed to be just a 7-minute walk away! Whether it was the ferry, the train station, a restaurant, or the supermarket (which is open 24 hours), nothing was ever more than a 10-minute stroll. The location couldn’t be more convenient.
We felt very safe walking around at any time, day or night. I traveled with my two children and never once felt unsafe — even in the evenings.
We would happily stay at Cavallotti4 again anytime. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect .Modern, spacious, clean, super bright and comfortable rooms.
Everything very close to the property, train station , restaurants, bars and shops .
Excellent location that makes it easy to access Como and Como lake areas.
The location was central, and easily reachable on foot or public transport.
The owner/host is so kind and helpful and always ready to help when needed.
And also provided free coffee, biscuits, water, crackers as well in the apartment.
This was a lovely accommodation. Comfortable apartment for a group or family of four.
The experience was amazing. All in all we enjoyed the apartment, and will choose it again when visiting Como again.
Highly recommended.
