Super greedy owner which wants money without giving a service

We paid for B&B and no breakfast was offered at all. Transfer from/to the airport, which is only 3 km from the property, cost terrible money - 12 EUR each way!!! That's a rip-off for a 3 kilometers ride! Owner knows, that there are no buses to the property and there are no pedestrian way to come here, and he is trying to take an advantage from this situation. Super tiny and smelly bathroom, it's not possible even turn around, when you are taking a shower. One more thing not to be missed - in cheapest rooms there are no A/C!!! It was hot inside like in hell - about +30 C (it was July month). When we asked for the room with air conditioneer, owner greedy asked for 20 EUR more for 1 night stay (we were the only ones visitors in this terrible place). He gave us room on the 3rd floor and he haven't even offered his help to bring suitcases and bags upstairs. When I asked for the help, he said, that he won't do it. When finally we bring our bags and suitcase upstairs, we were sweating like coming from the pool. We have asked for something to drink. Owner said, that we must hurry up, because nearest supermarket will close after 15 minutes. And we were forced to go to the supermarket, despite of the fact, that near the entrance door to the house there were 2 packages with 12 bottles of water. But owner haven't offered it for us. Honestly speaking - it was the worst stay in more than year. And mostly only because of super greedy owner and apathetic service. He wants only money from everybody without giving any service. Avoid this place at all costs!

Comodità e simpatia vicino all'aeroporto.

Vicinissimo all'aeroporto di Ciampino, ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia una notte tra due voli con arrivo la sera e partenza il mattino presto. Massimo è stato molto cordiale e simpatico. Si è offerto di venirci a prendere la sera e ci ha organizzato il taxi il mattino presto. Camera molto comoda, ben organizzata per tre persone e ottima sistemazione per chi deve soggiornare vicino all'aeroporto. Ritornerò volentieri.

tranquillo b&b

posto in una zona tranquilla, con possibilità di parcheggio, lontano dal caos del centro ma comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi posto. roma e i castelli romani sono a due passi.
non tutte le stanze hanno l'aria condizionata e nella nostra mancava il bidet (c'era il doccino in corrispondenza del water).
comodo come punto d'appoggio

DA DIMENTICARE

Non scorderò mai quella notte in pieno agosto... prima della partenza avevamo deciso di trascorrere la notte vicino all'aeroporto per riposare qualche ora.. Non so con quale coraggio il proprietario ci ha dato delle camere senza aria condizionata con ben 40 gradi dentro! Ci ha dato dei ventilatori malfunzionanti che se secondo lui dovevano rinfrescare! Una presa in giro! Morale : non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio e lui si è anche risentito per la nostra recensione negativa! anzichè rimborsarci del maltolto!
Poi non ho capito perchè si chiama B&B quando non è prevista neanche la colazione!
