A 5 minute walk to the lake. A convenient location with plenty of dining and sightseeing nearby. Easy access to the ferry if you want to pop over to Bellagio or any number of places (or access a private lake tour by boat).
The hotel has (limited) onsite parking which was nice as I drove to Lake Como.
Lobby and dining area are appear recently renovated and are welcoming. I stayed on the top floor with a room that had a lovely vaulted ceilings. Air-conditioning worked great. Access was odd as you couldn’t use the elevator to get to the suite which means stairs are a must for a flight and a half. Outside the unit was a nice communal patio (the floor below has one too). Noise carried through the door when people were using the stairs, however was quiet overall. One thing I didn’t like about the suite was the odd placement of this chair in the corner that looked broken - it may have been convertible to another bed…

Major issues despite helpful staff

No TV, no elevator (we had to carry heavy bags up two floors), and no running water. The only positive point was the hotel staff, who made a huge effort to fix the issues.

Conveniently located hotel, excellent breakfast. Staff go ouf of the way to assist.

Great hotel in Cernobbio

Great hotel in a central location and a stone's throw from the lake.
Tastefully decorated and excellent cleanliness, good breakfast and possibility of paid parking (very convenient).
Friendly staff. Recommended.
