Excellent service and outstanding hotel with top-notch staff.
We stayed at the Aqa Palace for 10 days in May 2026 and were very impressed with this hotel and the reception from the very first moment. Since I could not find a parking space in front of the hotel at that time, the receptionist immediately accompanied me and showed me a parking space that I could use.
We had booked a Superior room (also because of our small dog) and had a great view of the pool and the canal with the fishing boats. The room was very large and the bathroom was very modern. When we went to eat, we were also warmly greeted by all the staff working there. We were pleased that they spoke very good German, even though we at least greeted them in Italian :)
Every wish was anticipated, making us feel like VIPs. Every employee gave their very best to ensure that the guests felt completely comfortable. There was really nothing to complain about.
A free shuttle took us to the beach every half hour and picked us up again. At the beach, we received 2 free loungers and a sun umbrella (if booked through the hotel!)
We were also able to use the wellness area for free, and we received bathrobes, towels, and slippers as well!
We had booked half board; the food was very delicious but also very plentiful. Starving here was practically impossible :)
Massimo and his team from the Duilio restaurant were truly excellent!!!!! Everyone helped each other, and that is why the atmosphere in the team was great!
Overall, it was a very successful vacation.

Here, professionals are at work - arrive and enjoy.
After decades of being shaped by Lignano, we decided on Caorle on the way back from Piedmont. A decision we have not regretted in any way. The choice of this hotel also significantly contributed to that. Even the email correspondence beforehand was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our dog was also warmly welcomed and was never a hindrance or problem at any time. All staff are dedicated to providing an unforgettable vacation experience, and no wishes remain unfulfilled. The location is ideal and quiet; for guests who do not wish to walk to the center (for us it was about 10 minutes), a quick shuttle service is always at your service. The breakfast is very diverse, and the bar is well-stocked.
We will return and can highly recommend this experience.

PERFECT!
Objectively top-tier property. Spacious and bright rooms (and we had a simple deluxe), very clean and taken care of down to the smallest details. Modern, essential style, everything new and impeccable.
Ideal location: a 10-minute walk from both the beach and the center.
Excellent services: 10/10 for the SPA, not huge but perfect in its layout and care; 10/10 for the pool with honors for the Adult Only area; 9/10 for the shuttle service, only because seats are limited and you might have to wait for the second round, nothing impossible or annoying but it must be said; 8/10 for the beach service (umbrella and very comfortable sun loungers, the beach and the sea, well, they are those of the Adriatic...); 7/10 for the parking because it is small and you have to be a bit lucky to find a good spot right in front, but there is no shortage of them in the surrounding area anyway.
A 10 rating also for the Duilio restaurant, both for the superlative breakfast with a vast selection of sweet and savory items of truly high quality. And for the restaurant itself: apart from the elegant, clean, and extremely welcoming environment, but above all the quality of the cuisine is EXCELLENT: we were there for 8 consecutive dinners (among other things with the half-board menu, therefore "reduced" in the dishes) and we NEVER got tired of the food! Quite the opposite!
But the pride and joy of the property is definitely THE STAFF! In all sectors - restaurant and breakfast, housekeeping, bar, reception, shuttle service - everyone was very kind, helpful, friendly and professional, smiling and welcoming. Truly no one excluded.
Thanks in particular to Massimo, Marika, Yuma, and Mattia for having pampered us in everything, attentive to every detail, ready for anything, tireless and always smiling.
Thanks to Natali and Tatiana for the care with which they wonderfully cleaned and tidied our room every day, with extreme flexibility regarding our strange schedules due to the dogs in tow.
Thanks to Davide and the three magnificent colleagues at the Reception for having illustrated every possibility and service with professionalism and for making themselves completely available for our needs. And to Sandro from the shuttle for driving us back and forth from the beach and the center.
Thanks to the Sailor Barman (unfortunately I don't remember his name) for his advice on cocktails and the care with which he prepared them, and to his colleague for the professional courtesy with which she served them.
Compliments to Aqa Palace for the choices it has made in every aspect, but especially regarding its staff.
The only flaw in an almost perfect resume: A €15 supplement PER DOG PER DAY is truly exaggerated: more of a tax than a supplement. It is true that everyone was very willing to accommodate our four-legged friends' needs, and we were able to take the dogs almost everywhere (pool aside for obvious reasons). But honestly, I recommend resizing this aspect, not so much for the financial outlay, which is truly disproportionate, but because such a figure is really not very Pet Friendly. Or, if you want to keep them that way, justify it with exclusive targeted services. Available for suggestions in this regard. If, on the other hand, you use it as a disincentive to having 4-legged guests, well then it makes sense and no questions asked.
In any case: highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Best family holiday
The hotel was perfect, very clean, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff throughout with a great location. The historic town of Caorle and the water park are both within walking distance (although bikes are also available from the hotel for free).
The hotel restaurant was exceptional, food and service was impeccable and definitely deserved a full 5 out 5 review!

A hotel to return to!
We were fortunate to spend beautiful days at the AQA Palace Hotel. From the spacious terrace of our suite, we had a lovely view of the lagoon. There are plenty of parking spaces available! The old town is reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. The shuttle service to the beach is very convenient. Culinary experiences, whether breakfast or dinner, were all very good. All staff members are very accommodating and friendly! Thank you to EVERYONE!
A big compliment to receptionist David; he is an attentive, very friendly, and competent young man who speaks German very well and has already tried to accommodate all our wishes since our booking!!!
