Excellent b&b

Excellent structure
The managers are kind and helpful (I requested a vegan breakfast and they satisfied my request)
Nice and cozy room with a large balcony.
I would have liked to have a bedside light so I could read.

PITIFUL

I highly recommend this property to anyone who cares about their health and rest. Our stay was a succession of unacceptable inconveniences:
Nauseous smell from the toilets, awkwardly covered on arrival with an open window and a sold-out room perfume. Despite reporting the problem, the management feigned surprise, ignoring similar reports in reviews for years. The room was so dusty it gave me an asthma attack. The "Garden View": The garden is actually an open-air dump full of scrap and garbage, the primary source of the dust that enters the room.
Comfort Zero. The "double bed" consisted of two singles of different heights that separated continuously. Air conditioning started after 3 hours, forcing us to choose between frost and the unbearable smell of sewer. Hot water is a mirage, we had to give up washing.
Shower with mold and broken, toilet seat broken, room full of insects and constant blackouts (we had to go out and re-attach the meter overnight). Breakfast room partially flooded and pervaded by a persistent smell of damp.
Poor breakfast, discount products of poor quality: wafers and hard croissants, soft cereals and tap water served in glass bottles of dubious cleanliness. The icing on the cake, the cleaning lady started screaming outside the door ten minutes before check-out to urge us to go out.
In summary: A structure managed with total disregard for the guest and basic hygiene rules. If you read this review, believe us: don't make our mistake of underestimating the signals. Stay away from it.

Disappointing. The customer service of this company is null.
if you want to sleep on the street, contract with this.
You can't even make a complaint. The response messages just say how well they work, it's unbelievable.

Esperienza TERRIBILE!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
NON CI ANDARE!!!!
We had chosen another structure of the same property but after making you wait more than an hour because there were no room keys in the Locker, we were diverted to this HORRIBLE b&b.
Ugly location, isolated far away and if you do not have your own vehicle you are screwed, we at least had the car.
Dilapidated and dirty structure from the entrance we already understood everything.
The room in addition to having cobwebs had the shower broken the broken windows and in addition the bed if you can call it that was an uncomfortable incredible.
Owner who when it comes to complaints says it is not him, but if instead x pocket the money yes.
THAT'S NOT THE WAY TO TOUR.
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

To be avoided absolutely

We only booked one night. We chose this property for the convenience of proximity to the airport. Never met the owner. Keys found in an external safe. Nothing to say about cleanliness. But as for the area and the neighborhood is to be avoided absolutely!!! We had the flight at 6.30 we had to return the rental car, but at 4.30 we found ourselves with the wheel slashed!! E si è subito capito che è stato fatto di proposito!!! Having only the inflation kit available, which was of no use, we had to contact a taxi and do everything very quickly so as not to miss the return flight that also leaves only once a week! Never again Cagliari and the area in question!!!!
RIBADISCO... ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID!!!
