Best accomodation in Baunei
The accommodation has been designed with exceptional taste and attention to detail. Everything is brand new, stylish, and thoughtfully planned. It genuinely feels like much more than just a place to stay. Rather than creating "just another accommodation," the owners seem to have created a temporary home for their guests—and you can feel that in every single detail.
The room is perfectly sized, and every element has been carefully considered to provide the most comfortable stay possible. Nothing has been overlooked: 100% cotton bed linen, soft white towels, blankets and duvets of different weights, quality toiletries, air conditioning, and bright, welcoming interiors.
We were genuinely amazed when they kindly offered to separate the bed and prepare it as twin beds if that would make our stay more comfortable. It was such a thoughtful gesture and perfectly reflected the care they put into every aspect of the guest experience.
Angelo's patience, genuine kindness, excellent English, extensive local knowledge, and invaluable recommendations made us feel both safe and truly at home.
His restaurant recommendations were not the typical tourist places that are often suggested for convenience or commission, but authentic local restaurants where Sardinians themselves enjoy dining. We especially loved Mulló Restaurant (we enjoyed it so much that we went back a second time) and Piscin'e Janas Ristorante.
Monte Forru is one of those rare places that leave you with the feeling that hospitality is not simply a business here—it is a passion. We would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Baunei.
