clean, comfortable and well located

I recently stayed in an apartment in Bari which pleasantly surprised me. Excellent value for money, the accommodation was clean, comfortable and well located, making it easy to explore the city. The kindness and availability of the managers made my stay even more pleasant. Recommended for those looking for a practical and economical solution in Bari.

It's better!

After the struggle to find a parking space, all full everywhere, the struggle to reach the owner once at the bottom of the building ... an hour waiting to have the right person on the phone , no sending of the code of the kbox upstream, in short, the organization is to be reviewed ... the bedding is very tired, and I made the mistake of lifting the mattress: there was food and drink under the bed base! Apart from that, everything is fine , we were lucky to have the room that does not overlook the restaurant below. There's better, but there's probably worse.

Run away!

Dirty: dirty walls, toothpaste in the sink and on the wall, glass for dirty toothbrush, hair on the floor (they proposed the passage of a cleaning team 20 minutes after our arrival), many broken furniture / decorations including broken mirror tables dangerous for a young child, AC walking badly, strong chemical smell that gave us a headache, black mold in the bathroom.
Not being able to stay without risks especially for our 2 year old son, we left the accommodation and found something else.
Not to mention the disrespectful OKEY staff.
Refund, even partial, denied...
Much better in Bari for the same Award.

Mancanza di flessibilità e di comunicazione trasparente

Premetto che avevamo optato per una non rimborsabile su Booking.com. Per motivi personali abbiamo chiesto lo spostamento data conservando il pagamento effettuato e non solo non ce lo hanno minimamente concesso ma non ci hanno nemmeno contattato per dare una cortese risposta alla nostra richiesta. Al giorno d’ oggi è inconcepibile non avere flessibilità e cortesia da parte di un servizio clienti. Sicuramente non prenoteremo mai più in questa location e di conseguenza non la consiglio.
