View & ease of entry to the hotel was really why I rated this so high. The front desk & restaurant staff were good & professional. Free parking onsite, which always a bonus (poorly maintained areas). We ate in the restaurant for dinner & breakfast. The food was tasteful, but the servers & atmosphere are very flat & lifeless.

I lived at this hotel with my family for 8 nights. I travel a lot and already have plenty of experience with hotels, and, as many people have written, this hotel seems to have stopped developing many years ago. If you are traveling with your family and want to stay there for a few days, it is a disaster. This hotel should not have 4 stars — 2 stars at most. The standard it offers is far below what you would expect.
The breakfasts served are a complete disappointment. There are no fresh vegetables, and very often guests had to complain to the staff because there were no cold cuts or bread. For guests who wanted to have tea or coffee from the machine, there were plastic or disposable cups available — in a 4-star hotel???
The collection of dishes and removal of leftover food is done right at the tables. A staff member bangs the plates against a cart and throws the leftover food into a bag next to your table. It is absolutely awful. In a normal hotel, this is done in the back, not in the dining area in front of the guests.
And finally, if you haven’t finished eating by 10:00, a young employee locks the doors, turns off the lights, and signals that you have to leave the dining room. This is extremely rude and completely unacceptable.
I have never encountered this kind of behavior before, and I travel a lot.
The only positives are the parking and the friendly ladies who cleaned the rooms.

Aircon didnt work, no gym, small outdated room. Great free parking, good breakfast. Nothing in walking distance.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, with good housekeeping throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the location was quite disappointing, with very little to see or do nearby. The beds were also quite hard, which made them less comfortable. Overall, a clean hotel, but the location and comfort could be improved.

The lobby and rooftop were renovated and well maintained. The rooms are very dated and don’t match the rest of the property.
