Unfair review previously

I visited Dublin central studios with a friend this weekend. We were bricking it after the last (and only) review.
First off, we had a bathroom within the studio flat. We were on the top floor, and it appeared there were 2 other apartments lower down in the building that did have separate bathrooms. That’s 7 studios in one building and only 2 seem to have separate bathrooms.
Because of the appalling review posted previously, I took towels. However towels were provided.
It was small, it was basic but there is a spar just around the corner as well as a pub and a takeaway. 15 minutes to the hop on hop off bus stop and 25 minutes back from temple bar district (only go if you are feeling rich 21 euros for 2 g&t’s).
Barely a 5 minute walk to the airport bus and a gorgeous sausage bap from the centra supermarket next to the bus stop (3 euros, bargain).

Needs Attention From The Owners

Its about 20 minutes comfortable walk from the City Center, new and spotlessly clean. The No.7 starts just a few minutes away, and is the easiest way to the City Center if you do not want to walk the distance. Being a self service one room apartment, the place is good for a short or long term stay.
What one needs to look out for :
1. A few days after you have booked this accommodation and paid and confirmed everything, you’ll get a message from the owner to pay a refundable security deposit of 150€ through PayPal. Its only after paying this that you get the entry codes to the apartment. I paid and was refunded within the stipulated time as well, but then this is a condition which I feel should be clearly stated prior to taking the booking.
2. The apartment is supposed to be en-suite (one with a attached toilet). Well, yes and no. It has a private toilet, but not actually attached to the apartment. They are located down a flight of stairs, one for each apartment, but being on a common platform, do not offer the same privacy as an attached one.
3. The apartment is fitted out with good quality equipment, but not thoughtfully. There is a powerful washing machine, but no rack to dry out the clothes. There is an iron, but no ironing board. A cooking range with full cutlery, but no scrubs or wipes etc to keep it clean. Its a self service apartment, but no mop or wiper. The toilet has plenty of space, but no toilet paper holder or a tray to hold your toiletries or a rack to hold the towels or garments.
Maybe these are teething problems as the apartment is still being fitted out. I sure hope so, for once these things are taken care of, it will be a much better place to live.

Disappointing- cancel if you have booked

There was a bag of vomit on the doors step when we arrived. There is no sign. No one will meet you. You will only receive code instructions. No one has changed the clocks (except me) for GMT. The heating is unadjustable. There was a bag of rubbish on the stairs after the cleaner left. (We arrived before 3, check in time, leaving our bags)The window was wide open when we came back late in the evening. It was cold. The TV didn’t work. I good at these things. There is no signal. Nobody answered the phone. This place is a joke. The end suite ‘ is downstairs.

Shame - very bad - cancel if you can!!!

Vergonzoso. Condiciones pesimas. Nos dieron un sotano con condiciones pésimas. Muchas cosas rotas, como las persianas o la escalera y bombillas fundidas... humedades y con una caldera encima de una cama. Muy dejado. Llamamos para decir que eso no era por lo que habiamos pagado y nos han reubicado en otro cutre apartamento... a casi 3 km del centro.
La calle del apartamento suburbial y muy sucia!!!
