Excellent stay

Visiting Drogheda for one night, had the pleasure of staying here. The room was fantastic, lovely comfortable bed , spotless bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Reasonable walk to town. I would recommend, hosts are very nice people.

Amazing

Fantastic location in a quiet area, yet within a walking distance to the town centre. Very clean. Friendly atmosphere with delicious breakfast and cosy beds. Strongly recommend.

Good value and close to attractions

The room was comfortable and clean, and the full Irish breakfast was filling.
The location was not in the center of the city, but we chose it for its proximity to Brú na Bóinne, Battle of the Boyne Visitor’s Center, Old Mellifont Abbey, and Monasterboice High Cross and Round Tower. All were within a 10-20 minute drive, which was quite convenient.

Very simple

The B&B is a bit off the beaten track on a hill, but this is not bad at all, you are still quickly in the city, the train station takes a little longer. The rooms are large and cozy, just like the bathroom. Breakfast is normal, standard stop. But the thing that bothers me is, it's kind of scruffy and only superficially clean, the dining table was certainly only wiped quickly with a wet rag, the plates are not properly clean, the boxes with the cereals very worn off. That's what it looks like in the bathroom. Like I said, everything just superficially clean. Too bad the B&B otherwise is great.

Small, Friendly, Quiet

A good alternative to the expensive Drogheda hotels.
Clean compact rooms, full breakfast, free parking. Heavy blackout curtains a welcome antidote to early summer mornings.
A long walk to town, so best if you have transport, but there's a restaurant (Borzalino) and a good bar (Foley's) on the main road at the bottom of the hill.
