Best staying experience

Very nice hotel with ambience and also good staff.vwry supportive and responsible.i recommend to stay in this hotel everything is available within the vicinity.
nice staying experience and also the good and polite staff are very helpful. I have come here with my 18 months child.we got very good experience

Excellent room, worst food

Room was excellent, food was a big zero… i doubt they have a kitchen in the hotel.. whatever i have tried to order from room dining… was not available.. eg: no cold coffee, no ice cream, no salads, no bread etc etc… cherry on top was the breakfast, which was the worst i have ever had in any restaurant.

Amazing Experience

Rooms and the service was at its best. Will definitely recommend this place to others.
The complimentary breakfast could have been little better with more options considering the tariff the charge for the room. Other than that I'm much impressed.

Avoidable!!

Apart from the reasonably good rooms (Deluxe category), there is nothing worth mentioning about this Hotel. We had booked 12 rooms as there was a family function at Sulthan Bathery.
The TV wasn't working in the room and a mechanic worked on it for more than an hour without success. We missed watching the test match.
There was no room service after 10:00 PM and no room service in the morning including a morning bed-tea.
Breakfast was very basic and ordinary.
Overall it is an avoidable Hotel.

Extra ordinary Service and staffs

Today me and friends went to their Restaurant ,we had a amazing experience testy and yummy food especially chicken 65
