Great experience

Great experience. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and checkout was smooth. The route was good. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The sheets and towels were good quality. The bathrooms were ok. The shower panel did have some leaks. The pool was crowded due to weekend crowd. The place was well maintained, and the surroundings was clean. Value for money. Noise level was high due to weekend crowd. Lively atmosphere.

Good place with bad management

There was 0 pre planning done my the management to accommodate a team of 35 and food is not great with service being even pathetic. The view is good but the management is horrible

A Complete Disaster

If your goal is to completely ruin a perfectly good weekend, then Q Mango Forest Resort is an excellent choice.
The place was wonderfully overcrowded — think chaos, noise, and zero breathing space everywhere you go. Truly a masterclass in how not to manage crowds.
The zip line experience deserves a special mention. You get to stand in the hot sun for nearly an hour, with no proper queue, while people casually cut in line. Staff? Nowhere to be seen managing any of this — maybe they were enjoying the show.
The staff overall seemed as confused as the guests, with poor organization and almost no clear communication. It felt like everyone was figuring things out on the fly.
The ATV bike setup was another highlight — or lack of it. No one to coordinate, no one to talk to, even when you’re ready to pay. A truly “premium” experience.
The swimming pool looked straight out of a zombie apocalypse scene — overcrowded with hundreds of people and water that was a lovely shade of grey-green. Definitely not something you’d want to step into unless you’re feeling adventurous.
Food was below average, and finding a place to sit and eat felt like a competitive sport due to the lack of adequate seating.
Overall, it was a complete disaster. Highly recommended… if you’re specifically looking to spoil your weekend.
