Good lodging.. I Loved a facilities they given to us.. We checked in midnight, staff has not told anything to us. It shows their dedication towards the work. First impression only was good to interact with the staff

Fraud hotel looting customers

Very crooked management by the hotel. We booked AC room through booking.com. At the time of check in at Suvarna Suites, they charged additional Rs 500 for AC charges. We showed the booking confirmation but the reception boy was adamant. I waited at the reception and talked to booking.xom customer care team and they they assured me to check in saying that they will refund me the additional amount charged by hotel and apologisee for my inconvenience caused by the hotel. As we were tired of travelling and child was crying, I proceeded with check in paying additional Rs 500 despite my anger and frustration.
Later, after two weeks, Mr Nagraj from Suvarna suites called me when booking.com customer care team intervened. He apologized for my poor experience saying that he will refund Rs 500 same day. Only thing he seemed worried was whether I posted any bad reviews.
Now, it has been 2 weeks and I didn't receive any refund. I called Mr Nagraj multiple times and he keep ignoring my calls like a fraudster.
No way book such hotels.

Good lodging system as i know... Staff is veru freundly.. Good parking facility........ Their interaction is fabulous if u wanna stay in mysore choose this place.. This stay in outskirt of city........ Totally its fabulous

enjoyed a lot

checked in by 10am rest for some time and went outside for site seeing and some other visiting places near by. pleasant atmosphere .room service boy helped a lot about places .maintenance is good . had good rest.money worth over all it is good .
