Awesome stay
most of languages. There is inhouse restorent attached but dining area available. Very good hotel

Worst Experience Ever
Experience was very bad as no one is interested to handle guest request, when i with my wife entered in our room we noticed their were no bath room amenities provided like soap, tooth paste tooth brush.
So we went to reception and requested for the same receptionist gave me only 1 tooth brush and said will get 1 more tooth brush for you give us some time (10min)
We went out we came back to room after 1.5 hours we noticed that no tooth brush were kept in the room. I called reception request was taken by receptionist but no action was taken...
Very next day we went for sight seeing we left hotel at 8am while leaving we asked receptionist to please provide one more tooth brush and requested to clean the room.
He said will do ot in 1 hour... We left from hotel we came back after 10pm at night we entered the room we noticed that room is in same condition, no cleaning, no bathroom amenities, no tea waterbottles etc.
I called reception for tooth brush after 30 - 40 min 1 staff came with tooth brush after calling 3 times..
And started asking 40 ₹ we are literally shocked as i have never seen hotels are asking money for tooth brush this is very unethical in hospitality,
When hotel is charging for 2000 per night they should provide bathroom supplies and tea coffee supplies,
Secondly while booking we it is mentioned om make my trip (housekeeping)
But for 3nights and 4 day stay no one entered in our room for cleaning i personally requested 2 times at reception but no one is intrested to do the same.
Owne/management team should look what their housekeeping team is doing.....
Overall stay was disaster un Higenic because no one even changed our towels..
Some key points that is noticed:-
×One cup is provided in the room but i booked for 2 pax.
× one tooth brush was provided for secand they took 40₹
× one tea bag were provided...
×lots of bust were noticed in the shelves (cupboard)
× no one cleaned room for 4 days ill attach pics of dustbins and cupboard
REQUESTING NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HIGENIC AND HEALTHY STAY
