Best hotel in Munnar. Incredible Views!!!

Wow!!!
This has to be my favourite stay in all of India. The View from the rooms are breath-taking. The staff, management and owner could not have been more welcoming. Amazing rooms, outstanding views, exceptional service, brilliant food.
Next time I visit India I will be returning to this hotel to see Geogy, Yadhu, Sanal, Sabith and Sanal..
Thankyou for an unforgettable stay!

Worst hotel experience ever

There weren't anything good about the resort
The rooms were not so clean
The toilet was damaged and the bathroom door was also damaged
The employees were irresponsible
The food was the worst of it all. The owner was giving excuses that the head chef was on leave.
I've visited Munnar 3 or 4 times and haven't experienced anything like this

It was amazing, we got a room with excellent view. The staff were very nice and the manager was also very friendly. They even gave medicine for one of my friend who was ill. Overall loved the stay and the staff .

worst hotel

Green Trees Luxury Suites hotel in Munnar is really bad. The rooms are dirty and smell bad. They mix drainage water in the bath, and it's causing skin infections. The water is dark brown. No one is around in the reception or any other rooms case of any emergency, and it feels like staying in the middle of a forest. The hotel staff looks unfriendly, not suitable for families. The photos on Google are old and don't match the actual condition. I checked Google reviews, and they seem fake. This hotel is not worth even 500 rupees.

Mesmerizing Nature

Wonderful place to go for a holiday with family. Byitself great for its scenic beauty, the panoramic view, A small trek down private place with a cascade.Hats off to the service, children were taken care off, Food served with love & care which has a homely touch. Highly recommended for a holiday with family.
