a very good hotel in nalgonda

this hotel in located at centre of the town so it was easy to find....hotel is well furnished, rooms are hygiene and clean, very friendly staff....overall excellent stay!!! i would recommend this hotel for sure.

Worst service and Maintenance

Checked in to hotel for one night stay and has a horrible experience. Room is not cleaned properly before handover and has sticking smell. Ordered for tea which was delivered after 1 hr of order. Guy at the reception will make you feel bad to every reason for checking into hotel. Never faced such worst experience - Vacated the room after 5 hrs of check-in and paying for one full day. Was forced to find another hotel for the family to stay.

Very Basic hotel but does the job

I was traveling in Nalgona and had planned to go back to Hyderabad to stay in night and come back another day for pending work considering dearth of good hotel in Nalgonda, a small place.
However, someone referred me this place to stay in Nalgonda and i checked in.
How is it?
It's a no frill place, very basic rooms BUT big thing.... CLEAN ROOMS.
I checked into deluxe and then for 2500 the hotel guy offered a suite, which was priced about 600 bucks more and i took it. What was difference in suite?
- TV was bigger
- A Sofa was there
- An empty mini-bar fridge was there
rest all was exactly same.
Expect a squeaky clean place - this is the biggest advantage of this place and trust me if you are stuck in small town like Nalgonda you would appreciate this. Hotel is squeaky clean... squeaaakkkyyy.
It's like Ginger of Nalgonda.
Sleep quality was decent. AC was working great.
This hotel is on 4th floor and on 2nd floor and right in front of hotel building there are good restaurant and sweet shop so food should not be a issue once again - a big plus.
WHAT WAS BAD.... and big ones that day for me...
a. TV cable was not working. I guess their subscription went out. That was not professional.
b. Internet not working - Again subscription went out.
These 2 things were bad and if you are staying in their so called SUITE room, then you expect these things to be right. The manager or owner enquired about this and told me things would be set right but then i had to check out in an hours so couldn't say if he would have really done it right.
One big quirk - They dont expect card for food. That should be in cash. Even for a water bottle. This could be annoying to someone who has little cash. Wonder why this funny decision by this hotel.
overall, this is perhaps the only hotel worth staying in Nalgonda and offers clean, safe and a no-frill stay.
i won't mind staying at this place again if i am in Nalgonda.
Suggestion - If carpet is too expensive, they should atleast put some paintings in room to make it lively. Rooms are clean but look empty

Comfortable stay, but a pricy option

I stayed at Nalgonda for a couple of days for some business visit, since this was the only hotel available in the town I had to take this, irrespective of how much they charge. The hotel is decent enough, neat, clean and well maintained, however in any other city you can get better options at that price. however the staff was friendly & courteous.
