I liked that the surroundings were clean and quiet. In particular, the friendly smiles at the reception desk allowed me to experience a level of politeness rarely seen in India. If I visit Manali again, I definitely plan to stay here again.

This is an old property but we had enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, good staff and good environment

About room chargers

They are not fixed with charges
During checkin asked with different charges and at check out added extra charges without any explanation
I recommend do not come to this hotel

Beautiful location. Excellent hospitality. Very nice & memorable Experience

Very beautiful place. Very well appointed rooms. We stayed in their 2BHK cottage. Excellent hospitality by the staff. Would like to add that their food needs improvements. Overall a very good experience. Thanks to all the staff.

Terrible experience with the receptionist and no response from management.

Stayed in Superior room. Room was good with a good swing inside the room.
Cost wise, It is very expensive for the stay (had to pay close to Rs.5000 per day including breakfast). This Hotel do not have any Gym, swimming pool. One small park is there with old children play area. Not worth the cost. All this is fine.
But my bad experience primarily is due to the Receptionist. I had made full payment for my booking through cleartrip and by default it takes 2 adults. I went with a small kid (6 years) who is very little and hardly eats anything. However, the person at reception (a little older compared to others in the shift) behaved rudely, saying I have to pay Rs.1600 (400 per day in addition as breakfast charges for the small kid who hardly eats one or two breads). I showed him, he was too litte to be charged. But this guy at the reception behaved like my kid is big enough and they will charge for sure and not even talking politely. I really had a bad experience in front of my family with the receptionist. I had sent an email also to the ids mentioned in their website. No response. I don't know if they even read that mail , did not care to even check what went wrong. I ended up paying the additional amount (Rs.1600) which was wrongly charged by them. Also, please note that, we had asked for water bottle (as a courtesy, usually Hotels do share drinking water bottles additionally as required.), and the same receptionist took the phone and mentioned we will be charged additionally for any additional water bottle. Such a money minded person. Not sure if that is how he is coached by the management of this Hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
