Good Customer service and well maintained

The hotel rooms are well maintained clean and well kept.
Good parking facility except the drivers had to pay Rs500.00 to stay overnight.
Excellent hotel with Restaurant and Bar and is centrally located

Not safety secured this travals

Very bad service this travals driver's full time alcohol not secured this bus travelling staff attitude is very bad women's this bus travelling not safe driver was driving time alcoholic totally servicing very very bad service this travals all bus .

Got beaten from staff

We cannot talk to them, they beating.
My friends are in hospital now. I don't know what do. It was so terrible.
They have a big group of goons.
They are not treating customers. They interested to do some thing else.

Needs improvement

A hotel which charges equivalent to city hotels, they don’t provide a bottle of mineral water or breakfast. Only solace is that this hotel is on the highway near Mannuthy. The room was full of mosquitos and we had to ward off that.

Terrible Hotel

I can't think of anything nice to say about this hotel.The room that was allotted to us had a defective AC. They somehow got it working. It conked out again, in a very short while. Although we had unpacked, we repacked (accepting the inconvenience) and when we were going out, we asked them to change our room. We went to the newly allotted room when we got back. In the bathroom there was a nice strip of paper around the toilet bowl saying that the bowl had been disinfected for our safety. I lifted the cover of the bowl, and there were 3 small cockroaches swimming in the water in the bowl. That night, I called housekeeping, room service and reception to ask for drinking water. Nobody answered. I finally went downstairs, to find there was no one in the lobby and in the room behind the reception was the doorman, fast asleep. When I raised my voice to wake him, a man suddenly appeared. He seemed to be in charge, because he seemed to be ordering the guard and the receptionist (who magically appeared at the sound of my raised voice). I asked him if he was part of the management, but he simply ignored me. The AC in the second room barely cooled the room. The remote for the AC didn't work. The breakfast menu in the dining room consisted on just one item: puris (deep fried Indian bread). They were undercooked and inedible. Never again
