Basic budget stay with helpful staff
The room and bed were reasonably comfortable for the price, which was a positive aspect. The reception staff were helpful and supportive, which made check-in and general communication easy.
However, the facilities are extremely minimal. The bathroom did not have toilet paper provided, and there was no hot water during the stay. A tea kettle was available in the room, but there was no working power socket nearby to use it, which limited its usefulness.
Very good full English breakfast for the price. Overall, this is a no-frills hotel that may work for travellers looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for a night or two. It is not ideal for guests expecting comfort, amenities, or hotel-standard services, but acceptable for a short, budget-conscious stay
