Nice stay with grand continent

Not worth the price - Poor service and facilities

We booked 3 rooms at Hotel Grand Continent, Dwarka from 26th to 27th Aug 2026.
Positives: The rooms were spacious, clean and neat.
Negatives:
Bathroom issues: Toilets were very small. Shower pressure was extremely slow, very difficult to bathe properly.
No facilities: It's just a building with no lawn, lobby area, or walkways, unlike Sarovar Portico Somnath or Ginger Ekta Nagar, but charges are higher than them.
AC not working: The AC in our room was not cooling effectively. We complained to reception, they said they would send a technician but no one ever came.
Rude & unhelpful staff: Staff is not customer-friendly. When we returned from the temple, we needed Rs. 40 change for the auto fare. The reception staff refused to help initially and only gave it after taking a Rs. 500 deposit. Very shameful attitude.
Breakfast: Very poor. Only 3-4 items, not tasty and low quality. The dining hall doesn't even have a hand wash area - we had to wash hands in the toilet.
Overall, not recommended for the price they charge.

Worst services and hotel

Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, and the staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. Most of the food items were either unavailable or not provided, despite paying such a high price. When even the basic food and service are not up to standard, there is no point in staying at a hotel like this. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
