Unprofessional/Unfavorable
After confirmed booking, they denied room with no proper explanation, stating they have issues with Booking.com. Why was the card details asked and got the booking confirmation number etc if there was no room
Had to move up and down with luggage for alternative rooms

Wrong information on goibibo led to this hotel
Ac not working and had to call reception. And the staff had no experience working for a hotel. No sense of hospitality at all
