This is the 15th time I Stayed in Laimar Suites.
I and my family Really Enjoying stay at Laimar.
Rooms and comfortable beds with more Amenity’s. Dikshit and his team is very friendly and helpful.
I like the breakfast at hotel, Enjoyed everyday.
Feels like the 2nd home to me. Definitely will stay there again and again.

Horrendous experience

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the experience my family and I had during our stay at your property. The room allocated to us was completely inconsistent with the description and photographs advertised on your website. While the standard room was mentioned as being 260 sq. ft., the actual room provided was barely around 120 sq. ft., making it highly cramped and uncomfortable for a family stay.
What made the experience far worse was the appalling condition of the bathroom. The foul stench coming from it was unbearable, and the moment the bathroom door was opened, the entire room smelled like a poorly maintained public restroom. The hygiene standards were shockingly unacceptable and completely unfit for any guest accommodation.
To make matters worse, the response from your staff was highly unprofessional and insensitive. Despite raising repeated complaints, we were simply told that nothing could be done because all rooms were occupied. On multiple occasions, the staff assured us that they would revert within five minutes, yet nobody ever bothered to call back or provide any meaningful resolution. The complete lack of accountability, urgency, and basic hospitality displayed by your team was deeply frustrating.
Furthermore, several amenities listed at the time of booking, including an electric kettle, were not available in the room. This clearly indicates misleading representation of the property and services being offered to guests. The photographs and descriptions published online bear no resemblance to the actual room and overall condition of the property.
This stay turned out to be an extremely unpleasant and distressing experience for my family. Such poor standards, misleading information, and unacceptable customer service are absolutely not expected from a professional hospitality establishment. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and that immediate corrective measures are implemented to prevent other guests from going through a similarly horrible experience.
