Satisfied hotel

We were searching a budget hotel in ernakulam during my treatment period... Hotel was really good before the pandemic.... Its showing its glimpses..... Still the staffs r verymuch impressed... Staff shortage not shown in any services... Maximum good service.....

Very very bad

If one were to find a large bin bag, and a quiet alleyway with minimal urine, that would be preferable to a night in the Beith hotel. The beds weren’t bad, and some of the staff were polite, but those are the only positives of the place. The breakfast was by far the worst I have ever experienced. The “dosa” were like flaccid tasteless polystyrene pancakes, with a gravy to match. The shower had decent flow, but the hot tap lies. The moisturiser provided is little more than curd, and windows open onto an adjoining corridor - a baffling concept. All in all, a really lovely place to stay.

Quite OK

With this price, one cannot expect too much. Clean and safe — then I don’t need to complain about anything. The breakfast is just so so. There are not many selections of foods. About 300m from this hotel, there is also the annex, which is cheaper.

Budget hotel

Well first of all,location is good near Cochin university.
Budget rooms, good staff , neat rooms with nearby convention centre.
Now negatives: There were some issues with quality of service like Ac in my room started having issues at night, though they offered to change to another room.
Next buffet breakfast was a very sorry attempt and definitely needs to be addressed.
No hot water was available, though they attributed it to some recent coil issue. Overall it's decent stay at most, requires lot of work to keep customer satisfied.
Location approx 18kms from Kochi airport. Metro is just 200 metres away.

Terrible Restaurant.

I had received many good reviews about the place, so I decided to try out the place. The first time we visited the place, it was 3pm and the receptionist interrupted our walk to the restaurant to tell us that the restaurant is closed. The next day, she intercepted us to say that the place is booked for an event. On the third day, I thought a take away and she said that they do not provide takeaways. So we went back a little later and this time we were told that there is only one item available, 'Chicken Biryani'. We were already tired so we decided to try it out. Not only was it bad, but the service was also very poor.
The lone lady employee was performing four tasks: that of cashier, server, cleaner and that of taking orders. I wonder if she did the cooking too!!! Pathetic.
I asked for a spoon to have the greasy biryani. For a long time, there was no response. Ultimately, I had to use the serving spoon which was almost the size of a table spoon, only slightly rectangular, a larger version of the ice cream spoon. When I had finished she brought me a similar spoon which I then handed over to my son. The look of spoon was annoying because they do not seem to know what a spoon is or they just don't care.
