Comfort and warmth

The stay was better than expected. Beautiful hotel with all the facilities to a proper 5 star. The staff is what makes the stay exceptional. They are smiling, helpful and quick to respond.

Very poor experience

Very disappointing experience — would not recommend.
* The room smelled strongly of smoke despite being a non-smoking room.
* The room felt old and dated, with noticeable noise from the equipment.
* There were repeated issues with the billing. Despite providing clarification, the same issue was raised three separate times.
* The room construction and finish were poor, and the room was not soundproof at all.
* The swimming pool was largely occupied by outside guests, which significantly affected the overall experience and did not feel like a five-star property.
Overall, a very poor experience for a supposed five-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Great Stay

My overall experience at Hyatt Regency Chennai was excellent. The warm hospitality, attentive service, comfortable stay, and wonderful dining experience at Spice Hatt made my visit truly enjoyable. The entire team was welcoming, courteous, and genuinely caring, which made my stay feel special and memorable.

Wonderful Experience at Hyatt Regency Chennai

I felt really wonderful and charming staying at Hyatt Regency Chennai. The staffs are very nice, and they have assisted on all matters nicely.

In Chennai ? , dont miss out on Hyatt Regency !

It was total value for money. The food was great and the ambience and amenties were all very good. Do not miss out on the Spa, they customise the treatments and massage packages as per your requirement. Totally enjoyed the spacious room for the 2 nights I spent there with my daughter.
