Valentine Day Special.
Gr8 experience of quality food and luxury.
Mr. Bapi Mondal (Exe. F&B) assisted us through out the stay at Hotel.
Enjoyed a lot. Thanx for everything.

Pleasant stay except for back up power failure
I organised a banquet lunch in the property over the weekend. For that purpose, stayed with my family and friends having booked 4 rooms for 2 nights stay. The property is well-located and the arrangements are impressive. The banquet was well organised and their Regal Hall do offer ample space to house about 130 people. The food was good, both for the banquet as well as the breakfast/dinner though on the last day we did face a slightly restricted menu on account of LPG shortage( about which the hotel had put up notices well in advance). The rooms are spacious and convenient. The good experience was marred by an unpleasant experience on one of the nights when the power went off and the back-up power did not come back. It was 3.15 am and my kids and I woke up in the stifling heat. I waited for 5 more minutes and called up the reception where a staff answered. I enquired whether the back up has failed since there is no power in our room but he seemed to be unaware of it. He promised to check out. There was still no power even after another 10 minutes. I went downstairs and found the problem was that the power back up had failed for a few rooms but what was disappointing was there was no maintenance staff present to handle it since the hotel did not have a maintenance guy on duty that particular day. With the programme scheduled for 11 am, I desperately needed the sleep but there seemed to be no respite till somebody could be called from his home. Helplessly, I went back. The power finally was restored at around 4 am but that brief disturbance spoilt the night sleep for that night. Except for this, the rest of the stay was pleasant. The staff was extremely cooperative and courteous. Overall, I had a good experience.

Very nice
All the arrangements are good, perfect for corporate meetings. Area was properly clean and well decorated, Specially food quality is very good.
