Very nice hotel with wonderful staff, delicious food for breakfast and dinner buffets, and a nice location. The fitness center is nice and the gentleman working there was helpful and like a personal trainer. The only minor issue at the hotel is that some common areas need some minor repairs, for example damage to the ceiling on the second floor near the elevators. Despite this, the rooms themselves were clean, quiet, and well-maintained. All staff were courteous and those at the restaurant were especially helpful.

Double Tree By Hilton is a fabulous value for money property with friendly staff and top class facilities and clean washrooms and nice rooms and Sanchit Sharma at the concierge provided complimentary coffee at check in upon my request and check in staff gave fresh hot delicious chocolate chip cookies which nose the signature treat worldwide from Double Tree. There is a kids zone and pool for kids and nice spa facilities with free steam for in house guests. Breakfast has all the options uou can think of to suit every palette. The hotel is well worth the smiles and does bot burn a hole in your pocket!

It’s a great property with very good service staff. Especially Azam at reception and Manjeet at housekeeping.

Comfortable stay

A comfortable stay with family. We were looking for a short, comfortable, peaceful break and have family time . And the place provided all this. All the staff was very helpful. I had my parents of 80+ and they provided even wheel chairs to go inside the hotel from one place to another. For the price we got the deal this was all thumbs up. Nothing so to say outstanding but overall everything was good

Excellent service, special recognition for Philawung at the front desk; she was amazing, friendly, super educated and made our checkin go smoothly.
