Good hotel.

Friendly hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. Nice cafe bar. Communication was good before my visit and they helped us with car trips. Very close to the palace and bus stops for Sopron. Supermarkets and Laundry close by. Highly recommended.

Respectable Accommodation at a Respectable Price

We planned to ride the Neusiedlersee Radweg and were looking for somewhere that we could stay that split the ride into two more or less equal days. In the end we chose to start at Purbach am See which meant Fertod for over-nighting. We were in the main building, in an air-conditioned room (nice as it was well over 30 degrees C during the day). Good size room that was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and the included breakfast was welcome next morning though it was a bit late at 08:00 am.

Good value for the price

We have spent the night here before starting the bike tour around the lake. The value is good what you get for the price, the rooms was very clean, bed comfy, lot of storage place. The parking place is huge, you can leave your car there while cycling. The breakfast is quite good, the owner very nice. You can pay with card/euro/huf.

OK for bikers and hikers

We stayed in the backyard building in one of the apartments. It was OK, and we didn't expect more than that for a one night stay.The rooms in the main building may be higher level. The breakfast was below average.

Definitely an excellent CHEAP option

For $40 total (in HUF), got a queen bedroom with breakfast included. Two sets of towels (softer than most cheap places), bathroom with a fan (first we've had in Hungary), BEDROOM fan (another first), softer toilet paper, and softer sheets and pillows then others. It had a better shower also. We were the only people here. There is a bar and cafe downstairs where we had our free breakfast of coffee, orange juice, rolls, cold meats and cheeses, and butter and spreads. Highly recommend.
