Great Choice

Super convenient to walk into to town. All the staff were incredibly friendly from reception, to breakfast, to housekeeping in the passage. The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was beautifully presented and maintained.

Centrally located hotel

Great location and dogs are allowed on an extra floor in certain rooms. Very good breakfast with delicious options for extras. Parking spaces are sufficiently available for a fee. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in great location

A nice hotel with clean rooms, good beds, spacious rooms and good service. Only annoying thing was that the air conditioning went off every morning at 7am for no reason and it couldn't be fixed. But otherwise good. Breakfast we did not do but looked excellent.

Geachte gast,
EGBERT BRINKS

Great choice for exploring the city

Good hotel, very friendly staff at reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The hotel is close to downtown Groningen, making it an excellent choice for exploring this lovely city. The room is quiet and spacious by today's standards, the beds are quite good and the shower is spot-on. I appreciated the in-room coffee and tea-making facilities. Breakfast is what you'd expect from a four-star hotel. All in all strongly recommended!

There was a gentleman at the breakfast buffet who scolded me for taking sparkling water to my room, I paid for breakfast and didn’t eat breakfast for 3 days due to jet lag, on the 3rd day I went down to fill my 500ml bottle with sparkling water - they only thing I had for breakfast to take to my room. He said in front of everyone ‘wow’ it’s all you can eat here not all you can take with you. I was completely embarrassed, o likely won’t add breakfast to my room again and will just buy the items for my room.
