Finikes Studios is a family-run business that started in 1990 and holds the tradition to this day. Our goal is to provide a comfortable stay for our guests, while respecting the hygiene and cleanliness of our rooms. The refinement of the rooms combined with their large balconies make our accommodation the perfect solution for a comfortable stay in your summer vacation. Finikes studios is a property located in capital of the island of Thassos, in Limenas. It is built very close to city center, just a 5 minute walk. In 200m radius. you will find a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. It is only 500 meters away from the sea. The studios - apartments are recently renovated, with one very interesting outside space. There you can enjoy it view of the pool or the garden. On hot summer days you can swim in the pool of the accommodation, as well as sunbathe on comfortable sun loungers. Our guests will find comfortable, air-conditioned rooms with full equipped kitchen with modern furniture and a comfortable mattress. Each room has a large and comfortable balcony. Useful Information for Your Stay: Free public parking spaces are available around the property. Pets are not allowed. Pool usage is permitted during the day, respecting quiet hours.

A nice little flower

Perfect location, cute host and charming little hotel with flowers and romantic light.

Nice place

I've stayed for 6 nights in august 2018 with my two daughters, 5 and 11, and a friend with his daughter, 10. We've stayed in apartment number 6.
Needless to say that at the end of the vacantion when I asked my daughters what they liked best, the answer was as I expected "the swiming pool". I also enjoyed the time spent in the pool, which is perfect for both adults and children and is very clean.
I also liked the terrace that is at the top of the stairs and the lanscaping.
The hotel is in the center of the city and this was very usefull in the evening when we went walking. Also is at 10 minutes walk from the beach.
The air conditioners where in poor shape, one was not cooling at all but was fixed in the second day.
There is only one closet upstairs and is not suitable for 4-5 persons. The space in the closet could be reorganized.
There was a problem with the water pressure. The second day the hot water stopped in the middle of me showering, and then the cold water too. I've waited a few minutes and barely succeded to rinse. I've repoted this to the owner and he said there is a problem in the city. Me and my friend discovered that the pool was filled at that time both with hot and cold water, we've stopped the taps and the pressure increased.
The is free internet but connecting to the wireless network is a game of chance.

Hidden Oasis

Check out their website for accuracy pictures of the location. Perfect location, central everything without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Very pretty landscaping and flowers. Nice pool. Nice patios. Rooms were clean and furniture was in good repair. Cute little kitchenette was adequate for preparing simple meals when not eating out. Employees very attentive and want your stay to be a good one. Highly recommend!

PERFECT PLACE

We booked 1 bedroom for 5 days . The service was amazing , , clean room, excellent hotel , i can't find negative thing about this hotel . The staff are very professional and very friendly. Specially owner Maria . They been amazing staff and have good communication english Thank You For Everythink......

An oasis in the centre of the capital town

Nice little hotel right in the centre of the town of Limenas, which is one of the main ports of the island of Thassos. Although at the centre, you feel like you are far away in a quiet hideout; the rooms surround a lovely small and extremely clean and clear pool, where you may spend the day or rest after a day at a beach. This is an "apartments" hotel, which does not offer breakfast, but the rooms are fully equipped for those who like to prepare their own meals.
