A gem of a find

A gem of a find, don't be put off by the rough road leading to the property! We had a massionette, which was refurbished to a high standard, room enough for 2 adults and a teen. The grounds are spotless and well maintained, with the family / owners taking great care and pride in the property. There were plenty of sunbeds, no need to reserve with towels! In fact most of the time we had the pool to ourselves! A 5min walk to a selection of shops, bakeries and a little further yo the beach. Recommend the water taxi to get into town for 4 euro, or 2 euro on the bus (stop 10). A lot of the other guests had been here before which is nice, and we would love to come back to visit. Definitely visit Olive Thea Restuarant (they will collect you from the bus stop). Bit of a shame about the air con, it only turns on if the doors are all locked which means you can't get it cooled down when you are sat on the balcony....a bit of a pain, especially ad it is very hot on the top floor. It would be lovely also if there was a self serve freezer / fridge with ice creams and cold drinks. Apart from that a fabulous stay and we will be back.

Great find

Fantastic place, stayed in a maisonette, step out right on to the pool area. Extremely quiet, like having your own private pool.
So clean and the bed extremely comfortable.
The grounds are immaculate and so pretty.
Just a short walk to beach and bars and restaurants, supermarket just down the road,

Love the place .

The best place to stay at Skiathos . Fantastic location. Bus stop 10 few steps away. Many restaurants and mini markets in the area . Water taxi at the nearest beach which is 5 min walk away from the property . Staff was unexpectedly nice and helpful. Never disrespected or disregarded our requests . Fantastic place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartments in beautiful Skiathos

We stayed at Villa Anni 19th - 26th June 2026, it was our first time in Skiathos and we loved it. Our apartment was perfect for me and my daughter as we had a bedroom each and views of pool & sea.
Everyone was so friendly, the pool area was quiet and never a problem getting sunloungers. The apartment and communal areas were clean and well looked after. There is no snack bar on site but can use the one at nearby apartments where you can get breakfast/lunch/drinks etc.
It's ideally situated with only 5-10 minute walk to tavernas and a lovely little beach bar called Mojos, where we went nearly every day!
The transfer time from the airport is only 15 minutes and 10 minutes to Skiathos town and port. The bus service is excellent, running all day and evening every 10 minutes.
We will definitely come back!

Achladies in May

What a great little hotel, Katerina & George are so lovely. Our room with a private pool was fantastic, modern and so private, the maid was very nice and cleaned our room every day with clean towels etc. Its in a great location on bus stop 10 so plenty near by. We will be back
