a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful stay

The location is definitely a highlight. Lichnos Beach is just a short walk away and offers a beautiful, relaxing setting. It’s perfect if you want to escape the crowds while still being close to Parga.
The atmosphere is quite and laid-back. It feels more personal and authentic rather than overly touristy, which I really appreciated.
The rooms are simple but functional. They have everything you need. For a short stay, it works perfectly well.
Great value for money. You really get what you pay for and the location makes it even more worthwhile.
The cleanliness was flawless, with nothing to complain about.
Very quiet, especially at night. Mostly just natural sounds, which made the stay even more relaxing.
The service was excellent, friendly, welcoming, and almost family-like. Communication was smooth with no language barriers at all.

Great holiday at Spiros!!!!

We have been a guest of Spiros for the 5th time last June. Like every time a nice clean room with a beautiful view over the bay.
The service is superb, the owners are friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. You're more than just a guest.
On the terrace enjoy a drink and a chat with beautiful views. The supermarket at Spiros meets your needs!
From the apartment a short walk to the beautiful beach of lichnos.
We will definitely be back in September.

Beautiful view and short distance to the Lichnos beach

Very good hotel in a beautiful beach. Nice room, beautiful view and good service. You can walk if you want to the Lichnos beach, since the distance is close. We enjoyed staying there.

Best accommodation close to Parga

Nice studios with sea view, very close to the beach (300m) and to Parga (3 km), well equipped, but the most important, with people who care of the clients' needs and who do everything to make them welcomed and happy. Than you for a wonderful stay, we will certainly come back.

Clean Apartment with Great View

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, with a stunning view, everything was very clean, and the hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!
