Perfect short stay
We were lucky enough to stay here for a short stay whilst travelling around the area. From the moment we arrived we felt part of this lovely family.
The room was spotless and was just perfect for our needs. The air conditioning was excellent and the view from our balcony was breath taking.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again if or when we return to the area.

'Breathtaking view and warm hospitality'
We loved our stay in this happy, colourful flat with an amazing view of the town and the little island infant of the harbour. It was the best choice we could have made.
What better place than to have breakfast on one's own little balcony, with beautiful Parga below!!!
The accommodation itself was perfect, comfortable and clean and the location the best - right near the entrance to the Fort, close to some of the best tavernas and restaurants and a short and easy walk down to Valtos Beach.
Parking was never a problem, just a 5-10 min walk up the road and there is a little mini market just across the street.
Having said all that, I must add that, apart from the amazing view, the next best asset of Marthas's Studios is Martha herself!!! Isn't it always like that. A place , a hotel, a business needs a soul, a warm heart and Martha is just that !! The soul of the place. Very helpful and very friendly, from the moment one passes the doorstep into her little courtyard area, one feels at home. Canaries sing happily and the fragrance form all her fruit trees fills the air. Colourful bougainvilliae flowers give colour to the little dining area on the first floor and lots of flowers add to the image of a well kept and loved guesthouse.
Martha even brought us some home made cookies and cakes. A taste of Greek hospitality.
Apart from the single room flats ( with small kitchenette area), one can also rent a larger penthouse flat to accommodate a family or 2 couples.
I highly recommend a stay with Martha ....minimum 3 nights.
As she and her family lived for years in Germany , she speaks fluent German, much to the happiness of my husband and all the other Germans staying there."

Wonderful spacious studios with breathtaking view of the bay.Super clean and a very comfortable bed. Martha is a lovely lady who made me feel so welcome. Her son and daughter are lovely people who make the best coffee in their brazillian Green Cup caffe/bar just below the apartments.It was a wonderful place to stay and I recommend it totally whether you are a solo traveller or with family. Will definitely come again.

Paradise!
How can I find my words to describe the splendour of this place?! The wonderful balcony overlooking Parga and the splendid colours of the Ionian Sea, what a view! The mountains, the water, the little, gorgeous resort and, underneath, the rich green of the picturesque exotic garden of the property. The little birds in the cages fill the air with their joyful chirping, flowers everywhere. We couldn’t stop admiring the view again and again, trying to capture the beauty and hide it deep in our souls. The room is large and very clean, good air conditioning. The location is perfect for getting to Valtos Beach ( which is the best around!), a ten minute walk and you get rid of climbing up the stairs from Parga ( which is pretty hard in the heat ). We parked the car on a hill nearby, five minutes away and it was completely safe. A lot of good Greek tavernas at each step, a vivid, vibrant area, but very quiet at night.
The hosts are extraordinary, very friendly and ready to help at each moment. They have an awesome café downstairs and the coffee is really the best in Parga! I became addicted to it, all my day seemed to flow around waiting for the next coffee ( many cups were for free, because Zambina and George were so generous!). We had excellent breakfasts in the lovely garden and felt like in Paradise. Thank you. We are coming back!

Excellent place to stay
Really excellent location, in between Parga's marina and Valtos beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The hotel and cafe on the ground floor are family owned and the owner are super friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast in the garden each morning, what a wonderful way to start the day;)
