simplicity and courtesy
Location 30 meters from the sea, just outside the village of Afrata and near the marina of Finiki. Simple and spartan rooms but complete with everything and with daily cleaning. Strong points are the sunset in pole position, the sound of the sea in the background h24 and the kindness and sympathy of Andrea who is always available for everything at all hours. He picked us up at the airport, dropped us off and even rented us a car.

Great stay!!!
Mr. Andreas is an excellent host, very friendly and cordial! The accommodation is clean, breathtaking distance from the sea and you are given the opportunity to hear the waves every night and enjoy the sunset from your balcony! I highly recommend it!

Super relax!!!
My partner and I spent two wonderful weeks in this really relaxing property.
Alpha studios is located in a very quiet area of Karphatos a few steps from the sea so that at night you can fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the cliff.
The structure is nice and well maintained and close to services such as market and pharmacy as well as taverns where in the evening you can eat really well.
Much appreciated the daily cleaning of the rooms and especially the kindness and helpfulness of Andreas, the owner, really special person, always smiling and ready to solve any problem.
We hope to return soon.

Excellent location to reach all the beaches of the island.
Strategic location in the center of the island, which allows you to reach the various beaches, even if it does not have direct access to the sea.
Supermarket is just a stone's throw from the village of Arkasa.
Daily cleaning much appreciated, great availability of the manager Andrea.
Excellent value for money.

Lovely place in Paros
This is a comfortable place with lots if charm. The rooms each have a cute balcony with lovely plants, comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, pretty decor that's both traditional and cheerful. The managers provide exceptional service and do what they can to make sure your stay is great. I rented a car to drive around the island but there are restaurants and shops and a nice beach within walking distance. I had a lovely time here and will certainly be back!
