New! Clean! Comfortable!

Probably the best place to stay on the whole Asprovalt region. It’s new (second season) and it’s perfectly maintained - very clean and with mosquito nets. The rooms are designed smart. The furniture is good quality. The bed is really comfortable and hosts are absolutely helpful for everything.

Presentation pictures do not match reality

Although on the Booking score 9 I regret that I did not book through them so I can leave reviews there. I booked directly with the guesthouse and unfortunately I did not have a place to complain about discontent. On booking and wherever I would have looked at the pictures, the bathrooms appear completely renovated. I reserved for 8-15 July 2017, 2 triple rooms. We reached the accommodation and we were assigned the two rooms. The first room had the bathroom as in pictures but as the surface was very small and the other room had a large surface but the bathroom was nerenovata. The sink is shed, mold on the door, through the corners, on the battery. When I told the owner that the bathroom did not show that in the pictures she replied that it is the only room with the bathroom not renovated and that there is no other room to offer me anyway. Not only the bathroom actually needs renovation but also the room . It was a self-catering reservation, but it's not the first reservation like this, and I did not know that in this regime you have to throw your own garbage or change your linen and towels yourself. I removed the trash bag at the door because I did not know where to throw it and stayed there for 3 days until we discovered a pub and I took it. After 5 days we were asked if we wanted to change the linen and towels and they actually put the clean ones in our arms and told us they wanted the dirty ones in return. And in the past few years I kept booking myself but if I took the garbage bag to the door in a few minutes disappeared from there, after 3-4 days linen was changed while we were at the beach without asking whether we want or not We want to change it. I had to spend my holidays there because I had no choice and that's why I want to post so that other people like me will not.

Nice place to stay

The place is very close to the beach, about 50 m.
Maria is very warm host. The area is quite, although a little bit far from the city center. The room was clean and bright, only the matress was a little bit uncomfortable.
We had everything we need. The garden was very beautiful and just outsite the studios there was a little park.

Very nice and warm place to stay

We stayed here for two days and we had so much enjoyed and comforted. Owner of the place Maria was very nice and helpful for us. She is very professional and good experience. We booked 2 room's studio. Furniture and all staff was good and clean. Studio was enough big for 4 person family. Place is very close to sea side and beach. There is enough place for free parking. If you have a child or children it is good for you.
There is no meal or breakfast here but except kettle you can find all stuff in the room.

Nice beach studio

Staff, very helpful and friendly. Completely renovated studio, very clean, good air condition, we had a kitchen too. Next to the beach, small kids park in front of the studio, and close to the village. Wifi could be a bit faster, tv 20 inch a bit small, but good HD. Take anti-mosquito spray! Village is really nice too, a lot of restaurants and stores, big air castle for kids.
