Review

Very good hotel: with hospitable owners, cleanliness, comfort, beautiful views, affordable prices and delicious breakfast. Recommended for family and single visit. Also animal friendly. You will fill yorself as if you were at your home.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле 2 раза и были очень довольны. Когда приехали в третий раз, нам сообщили, что хозяйка забыла забронировать нам номер, так как уехала на свадьбу. Мы приехали поздно вечером и были вынуждены искать другой отель. Пару дней назад вновь хотели там остановиться и за несколько часов до приезда хозяйка прислала мне сообщение, что не заселит нас, так как у них проблемы с водопроводом. И она забронировала мне другой отель, который стоит в 2 раза дороже. Я возмутилась, что это некрасиво и, что она поступает так со мной второй раз подряд. На что она призналась, что помнит и ничего поделать не может. Я ответила, что это «свинство». В ответ получила оскорбления, что я, моя семья и моя страна - свиньи. Сложилось ощущение, что дело явно в чем-то другом и нежелании работать с русскими туристами. Такое отношение к гостям, на мой взгляд, недопустимо. Похоже на настоящую дискриминацию. Надеюсь, что и другие гости будут осведомлены об отношении владельцев данного отеля к гостям.
We stayed at this hotel twice before and were very happy with our experience. However, when we came for the third time, we were told that the owner had forgotten to book our room because she had gone to a wedding. We arrived late in the evening and had no choice but to look for another hotel.
A couple of days ago, we wanted to stay there again. Just a few hours before our arrival, the owner messaged me saying that she could not accommodate us because they were having plumbing problems. She had booked another hotel for me instead, but it cost twice as much.
I was upset and told her that this was not right and that she was treating me this way for the second time in a row. She admitted that she remembered what had happened before but said there was nothing she could do about it.
I replied that I found her behavior completely unacceptable. In response, I received offensive messages saying that I, my family, and my country were “pigs.”
At that point, it became difficult not to feel that there was something else behind her behavior — specifically, an unwillingness to accommodate Russian guests.
In my opinion, this kind of treatment of guests is completely unacceptable and feels like genuine discrimination.
I hope other potential guests will be aware of how the owners of this hotel treat their guests before making a reservation.
