Our Labadi beach hotel honeymoon experience
We had an amazing experience from the moment we contacted labadi beach hotel through Email and phone call. The enquiry was very welcoming and the booking was seamless. That aside, our arrival to the hotel was amazing as we were ushered in to the cozy reception area and the reception, “Florence” on glasses attended to us scanning our passports…when we got to our room on the first floor using the lift, we were surprised to be welcomed with rose petals from the door area into the main room area and even the rest room area. Above all, the bed with a neatly dressed white bedsheet was decorated with red and gold rose petals with the inscription “Forever Urs”. This swept us off our feet and in the next few minutes a knock on the door and the room attendant showed up with 2 complimentary wines and some fruits free from the hotel to celebrate us as newly married couple.
… the next couple of days we’re unforgettable: from the amazing buffet breakfast, the beach side experience, the well equipped gym, multiple clean pools and the ride to the airport provided by the hotel all inclusive in your booking.
All the staff we encountered were so professional, humble, focused, empathic, always smiling, and ever willing to assist whenever you ask for guidance.
You can never go wrong trying the Labadi experience ☺️❤️.

A Relaxing holiday
We've enjoyed our holiday at Labadi beach hotel. They have 2 lovely swimming pools and a lifeguard on watch. Gives one peace of mind. The nice warm weather is a big plus. The waiters are keen and attentive. We especially loved the exemplary services from waiters Calvin, Tony and Joseph. Their readiness and patience in taking care of our meal needs was awesome.
We preferred taking early morning walks at the beach when less crowded.
We also made good use of the tennis court.
We shall be back for some more fun.

Excellent and accommodating
I just came for food and I chose to have the Thai Green Curry which was amazing and the service i recieved from the waitress Sarah Mensah was amazing and her attention to detail was praised by myself and just for that alone I would recommend anyone to come and stay and have food.

I had a disappointing experience at Labadi Beach Hotel.
The hotel felt overbooked and overpriced for the level of service provided. The biggest issue was at reception, where the staff were not particularly helpful and repeatedly blamed a lack of access to their system for two days instead of offering practical solutions or keeping guests informed.
The most frustrating part was returning to find that I had been locked out of my room while I was away. This situation could have been avoided with better communication and proper guest management. Throughout my stay, communication was poor, and I was left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.
Labadi Beach Hotel has a great location and beautiful grounds, but the customer service and communication need significant improvement to match the premium rates charged.
The most frustrating part was returning to find that I had been locked out of my room while I was away. This situation could have been avoided with better communication and proper guest management. Throughout my stay, communication was poor, and I was left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The only negative i would say is the mildew smell in the hall. The entire staff was Absolutely amazing and I will miss them all dearly. Beautiful resort top notch service.
