Nice experience

I received a very warm welcome upon my arrival. The hotel is clean and comfortable, very well located across from the airport, and quiet.

Hotel that advertises itself as 3*... so the rooms are very good, nothing to complain about on that side. It is spacious, air-conditioned, comfortable bed, well-laid-out and very clean bathroom.
However, the big negative point for us is the breakfast. We are told that it is served from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.... we are not late risers so we said we would go at 10 a.m. To our great surprise, arriving at 10 a.m., the buffet was almost empty. There were only 2 mini croissants left... otherwise a few wrapped madeleines, bread that was not very fresh, Benco chocolate, and when we asked, we were told "oh well they took everything" uh well opening at 10 a.m. I don't understand!!! And even so, it's not our problem, it's up to the hotel to restock and manage that... €10 per person for breakfast for 2 mini croissants, 2 madeleines, and 1 coffee.... we will not be coming back.

Hotel near Pau Airport

Great location close to Pau airport. You can get there on foot in 6 minutes being careful because no sidewalks. Very pleasant welcome from the manager. It looks like American motels...
The rooms are large and well equipped, with kettle and mini fridge. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.
Perfect for a short stay.
Parking available in front of the hotel.

nice discovery

Passing through for work, length of stay 1 week. Leaves early in the morning and returns around 6 p.m. 65 Euros per night. Hotel ideally located 5 minutes from Pau airport. Served by bus at the foot of the hotel. Very warm welcome with a smile. We see that the new managers are still making their mark, but they are listening to customers. There are rooms without or with air conditioning, dogs are allowed with a supplement, breakfast in a room, a small outdoor lounge is set up outside in front of the reception. Our room was very easy to access from the parking lot, quite large with a 160 bed, flat screen on the wall, small table with chair, requesting a kettle is possible, bathroom with walk-in shower, ideal for people with reduced mobility, toilet inside the bathroom.

Great Place For Early Morning Flight Out

Apparently under new ownership as of late 2023. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rate was very good. Room was very simple and basic, but clean and more than sufficient. Outside hallway motion sensor lighting kept us up late with people coming and going long after we went to bed. This is why I didn't give 5 stars.
We had rented a car, so I can't comment on the airport shuttle, but a person could easily walk to the airport in good weather.
They had a room service menu posted, but the manager stated that food was not readily available at the moment due to the farmers' strike. The selections looked decent. There are no restaurants close by that I saw. So it might be wise to eat before you arrive, or bring some snacks. Our room had a tiny (size of a bread toaster) refrigerator.
Overall, a very good experience, and it made catching our 6:30 am flight much easier.
