Charming, isn't it?

If you like the countryside, calm, animals, comfort and the English accent, Lazy days is.. "the place to go"!
Coming from the south of England, Denise and her husband Trevor crossed the Channel, before rolling up their sleeves to carry out the renovation of this rustic but very comfortable "sweet home" all on their own.
The welcome is very warm, you quickly feel at home. The rooms are well equipped, a large room is available with sofas, fridge, kettle... Vast outdoor space, between meadow and garden, where children can have fun and above all meet the alpacas, donkeys, chickens and cats.
Hearty breakfast, nicely set table offering various delicacies.

Very charming hosts and nice rooms, cheaper than at home!
The entire site is decorated artistically. The hostess Denise is a good artist!
If you like the country site you can walk around for hours. Th Buddhist site nearby is worth visiting.

Charming, cosy and very kind host

Very nice room, and clean. It is an old house, but the restauration was done wit respect for the tradition. They really did a great job!
Breakfast was very good : croissant,, bread, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, cereals, yoghourt...
It is a very quiet place, in the beautiful region of Limousin.
Also for children it is great to visit the animals: dogs, donkeys, goats, alpaca's, rabbit, goose,...
Denise is a very charming and kind host. We felt very welcome and hope to go back there!

'Home From Home - with a little luxury!

From the moment my husband and I arrived we felt 'at home'. We were staying for one night while on our hunt in the area for our own property. We were warmly welcomed by Denise and made to feel very comfortable. The rooms are lovely - so clean, fresh and very well decorated. We were invited to join our hosts for a beer and glass of wine in the evening and then went with them to put away their animals for the evening. It was just as if we were staying with friends. Breakfast in the morning was lovely too, and as we went off we truly felt rested.

Like staying with Family

This Chambre d'hotes was a real find! The rooms are all beautifully decorated, furnished, and are extremely comfortable. So many home comforts had been thought of and provided. Breakfast was more than sufficient with plentiful tea or coffee, and we had an evening meal with Denise and Trevor on several occasions and couldn't fault anything from the food to the conversation. The surroundings were relaxed and friendly with the owners having good local knowledge of restaurants and days out. I would definitely recommend this chambre d'hote to couples and families alike.
