Really cute spot located inside a courtyard in a fun, trendy yet largely residential area. That said, shopping, restaurants and transportation (bus, train, tram, and Metro) are easily accessible by foot. The area felt safe. The appartement was cozy for 3 people, but was still manageable and comfortable. The place was outfitted with cooking supplies, which was great (though using the toaster jumped the breaker no matter where we put it). The water temp and pressure weren't that great, but the bathroom was tidy and clean. Also, the sliding bathroom door doesn't offer much privacy. That said, I loved the stylish space location and would strongly consider returning.

The worst of Paris!

This place is horrible. Too small in 3-person studios. Opening the sofa bed, we couldn't even walk from one side to the other. A degree of dirt so great that it can't even be explained. I was disgusted with everything in that studio. I don't even know how you can praise this place! I ordered bottles of water once we arrived at 22:00 and a few extra towels for an extra person, paid 40 euros, complained by phone and by message. Until today 10th I have received no reply! I did not see anyone responsible for the residence in any of the 4 days I was there. My advice is, choose a hotel chain and not this spell.

Stay away from this place. It is a small, tiny room with paper thin walls that lets you hear all the neighbors and makes sure you sleep terribly.
The cleaning of the place was non existent. The room was filled with dead bugs and the linens were stained with brown patches. Yikes!
The door to the toilet doesn’t close and the warm water in the shower is… there sometimes if you turn it all the way to cold?
All in all a very bad experience.

Represents good value for money. Clean, comfortable and an easy check in process. Good location also.
One minor issue, soundproofing. Noise from neighbouring studios may prove an issue. However, only during the day. At night. No issue whatsoever.
I absolutely would stay here again.

Dirty with cleaning not done and unhygienic with evacuation of the blocked shower and the emergency number called that answers "it is normal that the shower is blocked with the number of people who transit in the studio.
Absence of soundproofing with participation to the needs and farts and needs of the neighboring studio , to the frolics of the studio above, the entrance door of the building that slams at every entrance and exit...
What a pity because the location is positive but treating travelers is inadmissible
