The hotel itself has this amazing moody, quiet-luxury atmosphere—think rich textures, soft lighting, and serious style. But what really set it apart was the team. The staff were warm, incredibly sharp, and made everything feel seamless from the second we walked in.
Also, a huge shoutout to management for the welcome gift. Usually "free wine" via booking status is a cheap red, but they surprised us with a proper bottle of high-end champagne from a small boutique grower. It was such a class act and set the tone for the entire stay. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Paris.

Wonderful Parisian boutique hotel
The staff were attentive, quick with recommendations, and always one step ahead without being intrusive.
We had the deluxe room looking over the Avenue de l’Opéra, it was large and comfortable. The bedding was luxe. My only major complaint was it was somewhat inconvenient to plug in our devices given where the outlets in the room were.
As a Hotels.com VIP member, I was expecting a basic house wine as a perk, but they genuinely blew me away by sending up a gorgeous bottle of boutique champagne from a small grower house. That kind of thoughtful detail shows they actually care about guest experience. Highly recommend if you want luxury with a bit of edge in Paris. It’s not cheap but worth the splurge . It earned its two Michelin keys for a reason.

Laidback Luxury, amazing.
The hotel greets you with wonderful door staff. Check in is smooth and filled with cheery staff that show you to your room and answer all your questions.
I stayed in a junior suite. The room was generous in size, clean, classy and full of luxury little extras like a Dyson hairdryer, soft fluffy slipper and the bedsheets were the softest thing I’ve ever slept on.
Breakfast was another amazing quality of the hotel. The restaurant looks amazing and the food demonstrated continental breakfast at its finest.
The location was wonderful, within walking distance to all the major sites, shops and local restaurants. It’s surrounded by amazing Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese restaurants, so many reasonably priced too.
I need to give a special mention to the swimming pool. It was my favourite feature of the hotel, especially after the hots days of recent.
A wonderful stay, I could not recommend enough.

Incredible decor, the interior designer did a perfect job. It is a nice change from the much too classic luxury hotels.
Prestigious pool. What a joy...
And Éric and Paul at night are undoubtedly the best thing that can happen to a quality hotel.
The spirit of service is in their DNA.
A huge plus.
Looking forward to the next stay.
