A very good stay. Its at the main centre so main attractions are easily accessible. Breakfast was really good. Staffs were helpful. Overall very good.

Simple medical concern that might change your mind in choosing this hotel
hotel ceramic champ elysee
l had an injury when their body shampoo disposal fell on my my foot while taking shower
causing cellulitis inflammation swelling and immobility due to pain.
We chat with the hotel manager and responded that we will buy all the needed medicine and only reimburse 100 euro.
l demanded that they ask their hotel doctor give prescription for my injury. instead they want me to go to hospital for check up etc.
The hotel is not fit to any tourist
be careful if injury happens
the hotel manager wont even talk to you.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. unless you want to risk this problem. read this message twice so you would know better. Cheap is not always safe but not all cheap is not respectful courteous and helpfull.

Good location and clean but would keep looking
We would definitely choose a different hotel next time. I’ll start off with the positives. Location was nice (although we would stay closer to the Eiffel Tower next time) and the room was cleaned every day. We thought housekeeping did a great job and did feel like the room was very clean.
This is a no frills hotel for the price. You get absolutely nothing extra or special. The room was TINY. We were down a narrow hallway and our room view was a small courtyard, you were basically looking at walls. Shower soap was extremely cheap and watered down, you had to put your shampoo on the shower floor due to no shelves in the shower stall. The towels were very thin and the bed pillows were very small.
My biggest complaint is for a smaller “boutique” hotel, you would think the front desk would be really friendly. We were never greeted when we walked in each night walking right past the desk (he didn’t even look up). We always said “Bonjour” anyway.
I don’t usually write negative reviews but felt it necessary to give people a heads up. There are too many hotels in Paris to choose this one.

The hotel is a bit outdated, with carpets, peeling paint at the baseboards. The bathroom door did not close.
At 70 years old, climbing into a bathtub was not practical; installing showers would be very convenient for the guests. The breakfast is not worthy of the price of a room in this establishment; I paid 301 euros for 1 night with breakfast, which is expensive, I really expected better. The fruit salad presented comes from a can. The fruit juices are not made from fresh fruit. The entire breakfast needs to be reconsidered. It is really mediocre! The only positive thing is the location of this hotel, which is really well situated. But that does not excuse all the other negative points observed. Especially at 301 euros for 1 person, 1 night, with breakfast.

Nous sommes ravis que notre emplacement central près des Champs-Élysées ait facilité votre séjour parisien.
Cependant, nous regrettons sincèrement que certains aspects n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes et aurions souhaité que vous nous fassiez part de vos impressions sur place. Nous aurions alors pu intervenir. Il est en effet un peu gênant pour nous que vous ayez attendu de rentrer chez vous pour vous plaindre de points que nous aurions pu résoudre sur place.
Par ailleurs, nous proposons également des chambres avec douche, vous pouvez émettre une préférence lors de la réservation.
Concernant le petit déjeuner, notre buffet propose, de 7h à 11h, une sélection variée de produits frais chaque matin : pain, baguette blanche et baguette tradition, pain de mie nature et complet, des viennoiseries (croissants, pains au chocolat, pains aux raisins, torsades, chaussons aux pommes), tarte coco et fraise, deux choix de mini muffins (fraise, choco), madeleines ainsi que du yaourt (grec nature, fraise, framboise, pêche, vanille), beurre (doux et demi-sel), fromage (camembert, Président, camembert Bio, Tendre bleu, Tomme noire, Emmental, et le Gouda). En plus, nous proposons des œufs durs et brouillés, de même que des omelettes nature et au fromage.
Nos clients en sont généralement satisfaits. Néanmoins, nous restons ouverts aux suggestions.
Enfin, nous ajoutons que pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, nos prestations sont supérieures et qualitatives. Néanmoins, nous ne sommes pas un palace.
Nous espérons tout de même avoir l'opportunité de vous revoir pour un bien meilleur sentiment.

This hotel is well priced, offered a two twin bed setup, and in a fantastic location, right by the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees.
It is an old building, so it has a bit of charm but also the difficulties that come with age, such as a slow / small elevator and a generally slow functioning air conditioner.
Daily housekeeping was also a huge plus, I'm so used to hotels stretching it out to once every 2 or 3 days at this point, so kudos to the staff.
