Great Apartment for Families

Fantastic Aparthotel which is a few hundred yards from Nice Riquier. Apartment fab with ample space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Decent pool which was small but ok. Super U supermarket right next to the complex. Only small negatives were a sewage smell on occasions especially after using the showers. We did notify reception of this smell. No toaster as well in the kitchen. Great apartment for what we needed as a base to travel the South of France.

One of the best appartments we stayed recently. A lot of space in rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed, small kitchen with everything needed to enjoy summer dinner on a balcony

Appartment was very clean, spacious and very well equipped for two persons.
Air conditioning was excellent because it was very hot outside. Pool and pool area were also nice and clean. The location was excellent, just 5 minute walk from train and tram. Would come again.

Outdated furniture and bathroom smells of sewage almost…they changed my room to a horrible one , 2 days before check out only because I wanted to check out early. I only gave 3 because one of the staff was nice. It is a retirement apartment house, a bit depressing:(

Great spot just a few hundred yards from Require train station so great to get about, apartment was spotless and guy on reception was brill great recommendation for places to go and marked a map for us all positive places ideal for us.
